Happy Mother's Day!
In celebration of my first mother's day as a mom, I decided to bake chocolate cupcakes with lemon frosting.
I made 10 standard size cupcakes a day before and frost them an hour before serving. For lemon frosting I mixed together whipped cream and lemon curd cheese.
Feedback was positive!

30 Year Birthday Cake
Finally made my first sugarpaste cake.
This cake includes raspberry filling with strawberries and chocolate filling with almond crocant. Almost all of my baking ingredients are from Confetti.

Baking!
Last Friday we spent some quality time with our lovely friends and their cute 6 weeks old baby boy.
I wanted to bake something for us and this chicken pie recipe was passed on to me by a dear friend of my. I have to admit that this is one of my favorite pies.
Chicken pie is filled with chicken pieces, pepper, sun dried tomatoes, shredded cheese and curd cheese with herbs.
Pie was served with a salad and fresh bread. Simple and delicious!
